As you know I LOVE to paint using watercolours in a loose style, but did you know that Watercolour painting also has health benefits too?

It’s so easy to get caught up in the routines of busy everyday life, that we forget the importance of a little ‘me time’.

We’ve all been there.

As you know painting is more than a hobby for me as I run my own art and design business creating watercolours for commercial products in the marketplace. In my experience it’s not only enhanced my personal growth and mental health but I also feel a real sense of accomplishment afterwards too.
